When will my package(s) arrive?
Your order should be ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Larger orders will take longer to process. Orders usually ship in 3-6 business days after being processed via U.P.S. or U.S.P.S.
How do I get a tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent via email when your order ships. If you did not receive a tracking number please email us at info@AbideClimbingHolds.com and we will send it to your email.

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada but hope to add international shipping soon. If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada, send an email to info@AbideClimbingHolds.com for a quote on shipping.
If I choose to include hardware with my climbing holds, what comes with it?
We include hardware that generally will mount your climbing holds to a 3/4-in wall. This includes bolts, T-nuts and set screws (if applicable). You may also choose to get hardware without T-nuts. We also now have the option of adding longer bolts.
Orders with a subtotal over $500 receive a 15% discount. Just use code bulk15 in the coupon code area. Larger orders take longer to put together and ship. The bulk discount may not be combined with any other discounts.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club for United States orders.
Canadian customers may use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is ordering secure?
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.
We offer returns on non-damaged items within 15 days of purchase. You must email us at info@AbideClimbingHolds.com before returning items. Once the items have been inspected and verified as non-damaged, a refund will be issued. The cost of return shipping is non-refundable and must be paid by the customer returning the item.
